WHO YOUR DATA IS DISCLOSED TO

Your data is not sold or transferred to third parties. It may only be shared with:

• Employees and collaborators of TEM Engineering authorized to manage communications

• Shopify Inc., as the provider of the site's technical platform, acting as Data Processor pursuant to art. 28 GDPR

• External professionals (e.g., accountant, legal consultant) only if strictly necessary

• Public authorities, in cases provided for by law

Data managed through Shopify may also be processed outside the European Union, in compliance with the guarantees provided by articles 44–46 GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses).
