OIL & GAS

We offer complete detail engineering on E3D, SP3D, PDMS, ESApro, and Cadmatic platforms: from 3D piping modeling (Plot Plan, isometrics, MTO) with rigorous clash detection, to advanced finite element analysis (FEA) on tanks, heat exchangers, expansion bellows, and storage bullets, through to corrosion protection using sacrificial (SACP) and impressed current (ICCP) cathodic protection systems, in compliance with NACE and ISO 15589-1 standards.

Power Generation

We design integrated electrical systems for thermoelectric, hydroelectric, and renewable power plants—Load Lists, single-line diagrams, and MV/LV architectures according to IEC and NEMA standards—along with grounding systems, lightning protection, and lighting calculations for hazardous areas.

We also manage technical interfaces between vendor packages (turbines, generators, transformers) and the plant control system, reviewing Vendor Drawings to ensure full integration with civil and automation infrastructures.

Petrochemicals

We perform advanced engineering activities in the petrochemical sector, with a specialization in piping and civil/structural design for the expansion of existing plants or completely new ones.

Pharmaceutical

We design controlled production environments in compliance with EU GMP Annex 1 and 21 CFR Part 211: defining cleanroom ISO classes, unidirectional airflow, differential pressures, and flow segregation through URS, partitions, and grey zones.

We develop critical utility systems—WFI (Water for Injection), Purified Water, Clean Steam—using AISI 316L stainless steel with SIP/CIP (Sterilization/Cleaning in Place) procedures and full documentation for IQ/OQ/PQ qualification.

Finally, we provide document support for the entire qualification cycle (DQ→PQ) in accordance with GAMP 5 and EMA/FDA guidelines, utilizing a risk-based approach to support regulatory inspections and Change Control.
